Thank you for purchasing tickets through ALM Records. Please read this Ticket Sales & No Refund Policy carefully before completing your purchase.

By purchasing a ticket from ALM Records, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions.

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL.

Once a ticket purchase has been completed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged, except where required by applicable law or as expressly stated in this policy.

Please review your order carefully before submitting payment.

Refunds will not be issued for, including but not limited to:

• Change of plans
• Scheduling conflicts
• Missed events
• Late arrival
• Illness or personal emergencies
• Weather conditions (unless the event is officially canceled)
• Transportation or travel issues
• Performer or lineup changes
• Venue changes
• Any reason outside the control of ALM Records

Event dates, times, venues, performers, supporting acts, and schedules are subject to change.

Such changes do not entitle purchasers to a refund.

If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will generally remain valid for the new date unless otherwise announced by ALM Records or the event promoter.

If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, refunds or credits may be issued only if authorized by ALM Records or the event promoter.

Service fees, processing fees, delivery fees, and other non-ticket charges may be non-refundable unless required by law.

Tickets are generally non-transferable unless ALM Records specifically authorizes a transfer.

Unauthorized resale or transfer may result in ticket cancellation without refund.

A valid ticket is required for entry.

Guests must comply with all venue policies and security procedures.

ALM Records and the venue reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any individual without refund for:

• Disorderly or disruptive behavior
• Illegal activity
• Intoxication
• Harassment
• Possession of prohibited items
• Violation of venue rules

ALM Records is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed, duplicated, or unauthorized tickets.

Replacement tickets may be issued solely at the discretion of ALM Records after verification of ownership.

Tickets obtained through fraud, stolen payment methods, unauthorized resellers, or other unlawful means may be canceled without notice and without refund.

By purchasing tickets, you agree not to initiate an unwarranted payment dispute or chargeback for purchases made in accordance with this policy.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

• Immediate ticket cancellation
• Denial of admission
• Suspension of future purchasing privileges
• Collection efforts and recovery of associated costs where permitted by law
